Ordering from PERE is a seamless and considered experience, designed for your convenience.
You may place an order via our website or by contacting us through our social media channels.
1. Select your preferred style and size
2. Add the item to your cart or contact us directly
3. Provide your delivery details
4. Confirm your order and choose your preferred payment method
Once your order is placed, our customer care team will contact you to confirm all details.
Each PERE order is individually reviewed before dispatch to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy.

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.
Each pair of PERE shoes is carefully crafted and packaged with attention to detail.
The production time for made-to-order items is 7–10 business days.
After placing your order, our customer care team will contact you via email to confirm the details. Order processing takes up to two business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout:
* within Georgia: 2–5 business days
* international shipping: according to the courier service
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout and are paid by the customer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
Please note that during peak periods and holidays, delivery times may be slightly extended.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned in unworn, unused condition, in their original packaging, including dust bags and authenticity cards. The original shoe box is considered part of the product and must be returned inside a protective shipping box.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and sent back to the original shipping address.
Due to the delicate nature of the soles, shoes should be tried on a clean, dry, protected surface, avoiding any contact with moisture.
Items that have been altered or repaired by a third party are not eligible for return.
Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
To initiate a return, please follow the instructions in the “How to Return” section. Once received, all items undergo inspection. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-Order

Made-to-order items include customization of material color within existing designs.
Changes to the model or last are not available.
All made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

At this time, PERE does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Additional Information

PERE reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or service in cases of non-compliance with the above conditions, incorrect information provided by the customer, or suspected fraudulent activity.
