  These Terms and Conditions govern the placement of orders as well as the use of the website and social media platforms of the PERE brand.

  By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, including the processing and storage of personal data.

  The company PERE26 is registered and operates in Georgia, at 4 K. Gamsakhurdia Street.

  Provision of Information:

When placing an order, the customer is obliged and bears responsibility for providing accurate, correct, and complete information.

The company is not responsible for errors caused by incorrectly provided information.

Products

PERE footwear is produced in limited quantities and by pre-order.

  Production time: 7–10 working days.

Some models may be available for immediate dispatch.

Custom Orders

A custom order includes selection of color within an existing model.

  Important:

* modification of model or shoe last is not possible

* custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Order and Payment

Payment methods:

We accept the following payment methods:

* bank cards

* bank transfers

* other payment methods listed on the website or agreed individually

  An order is confirmed after full payment or a deposit (for pre-orders).

Delivery

Delivery is available within Georgia and internationally.

  Delivery times:

* within Georgia: 2–5 working days

* international delivery: according to courier service timelines

Customs and International Shipments

For international orders, customs duties and additional fees may apply.

  If the customer refuses to pay customs duties or related charges, the order may be returned. In such cases, shipping and return costs will be deducted from the customer.

Fraudulent and Suspicious Activity

PERE reserves the right to review orders.

  We reserve the right to:

* cancel or suspend orders in case of suspected fraudulent activity

* refuse processing of suspicious transactions

  This is necessary to protect both the company and customers from financial risk.

Right to Refuse Service

PERE reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order without explanation in the following cases:

* violation of website terms of use

* suspected fraudulent activity

* inappropriate customer behavior

* inability to fulfill the order

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are possible if the following conditions are met:

* item has not been used

* original condition is preserved

* packaging and all accessories are included (they are part of the product)

* request is made within 7 calendar days after receipt

Product Care

* avoid contact with water

* use care products for genuine leather and suede

* store in a dry place

All materials on the website (including texts, images, design, and logos) are the property of the PERE brand and are protected under the laws of Georgia.

  Users are not allowed to publish, distribute, modify, or use any materials, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from PERE.
